The best method for the athlete to achieve his or her athletic goals is a combination of what is scientifically the fastest way to get from point A to point B, based on biomechanics, laws of physics that apply to the particular sport, athlete specific genetics and psychology, what the athlete believes in or feels is best for him or her, and what integrates best as possible into their previously established personal schedule and lifestyle.
