Group Training

Thursday Evenings, January 13 to March 3, 6:00-7:00pm

Indoor cycling rides

  • Start at 6:00 pm sharp.
  • Bring in your trainer or use one of ours (call for availability).
  • 30-40 min interval and form drill workouts to meet the base requirements needed to get you ready for your spring training program.
  • 15 minutes of light stretching to flush your muscles.
  • Out the door at 7:00 pm.
  • No cost!!!
  • Call or come by to sign up and to reserve your spot.
