Group Training
Thursday Evenings, January 13 to March 3, 6:00-7:00pm
Indoor cycling rides
- Start at 6:00 pm sharp.
- Bring in your trainer or use one of ours (call for availability).
- 30-40 min interval and form drill workouts to meet the base requirements needed to get you ready for your spring training program.
- 15 minutes of light stretching to flush your muscles.
- Out the door at 7:00 pm.
- No cost!!!
- Call or come by to sign up and to reserve your spot.
